(5:10 PM): Vincent Jackson to the Bucs is basically a done deal. UPDATE: 5 years, $55,555,555 million.
(8:00 PM): Quiet day for Eagles, 99% of teams in the NFL. Eagles resigned Herremans, as well as Trent Cole earlier. Only late news is Buffalo wants to give Mario Williams the keys to the city. Hopefully action picks up in Day 2.
